These looped courses start at the Rundle Family Centre and then head NW along the paved road to the Goldbar Footbridge. Once over the footbridge, the 5km athletes follow the trail system to 50st and then return along the roadway. Once back on the trail system, 5km athletes return to the finishline.
10km athletes complete the same loop as the 5km event, but after returning over the Goldbar Footbridge, athletes will turn Left and stay along the paved trail system to complete a nice hill-climb. At the top of the hill, athletes will return to the finish along Rundle Park Road.
Volunteers will manage key intersections and host the water stations every 2.5km.
* Please stay to the right side of the pathway and obey course marshals at all times. Be mindful of other pathway users. No dogs please.
